Challenge and opportunity

This role is ripe with interesting greenfield challenges, but also ample opportunity to make an impact and demonstrate your talent. You'll enjoy all the energy and excitement of a startup along with the stable foundation and decreased risk of an established leader.

Professional development
Because we are a small team in the US, you'll expand your skills and experience in short order. In addition, you will help shape this new role moving forward. As the US business grows, the product management team may grow -- at that point we may be looking for proven performers to step up.

Leadership through innovation
We have a very strong concept to bring to the market, backed by global market leadership that is clearly ahead of the competition. When others want to know where our industry is headed, they look to EGGER. We're certainly proud of this, but we're sharing it not to brag but to assure you that this initiative has strong potential for long-range success.

Family culture
We are a family-owned business and a company that respects and values our employees. You will never be just a number here. At EGGER, every human being has relevance and makes a difference. We appreciate our employees and value their contributions.

Excellent compensation
In addition to a competitive salary and bonus opportunity, we offer a benefits package including medical and other insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, mileage allowance, reimbursement of business expenses, a cell phone, iPad and/or laptop and more.

Keys to Success

To find success in this position, you'll need to manage our portfolio and run it with vision, passion, energy and care. Your analytical reasoning skills and product management experience will be essential, but just as important will be your collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills. Naturally, there will be clear KPIs, which you can help build, to measure success.

In addition, in order to be an outstanding Senior Product Manager, you will:
  • Think strategically and execute at a hands-on, tactical level.
  • Bring strong relationship-building and technical talent to the table to establish credibility in short order.
  • Remain flexible and able to manage multiple activities and changing priorities in an evolving environment.
